目前在面皮的生产中,面粉经过和水搅拌之后进入到轧皮机中的压辊进行挤压层面皮,经过压辊若干次的重复挤压之后,面皮逐渐成型,然后经过输送带输送出来,这样输送的面皮其边缘是凹凸不平的,在后续的处理中还需要人工对面皮的边缘进行切除,这样浪费了大量的人力物力对面皮的边缘进行处理使其整齐,且在面皮边缘进行切除的时候容易有些边料没有进行回收和再次加工,对面皮的边料造成了浪费。
